This contractual document governs the purchase of products through the website www.ziroclub.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Jorge Edwards Gutiérrez (hereinafter, the “Provider”).


Acceptance of this document implies that the User:

a) Has read, understood, and accepted the terms herein.

b) Is a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts and is over 18 years of age.

c) Assumes all obligations described herein.

These Contracting Conditions, together with the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, regulate the relationship between the Provider and the User.

Purpose of the Contract

To regulate online sales between the Provider and the User, which involves the delivery, in exchange for a specified price, of a product offered on the website.

The purchase process can only be conducted in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and German. The contracting process follows these steps:

  1. Add products to the cart.
  2. Enter shipping information.
  3. Select a payment method.
  4. Confirm the order.
  5. Receive a confirmation email of the purchase.

Prices and Shipping Costs

Prices include VAT. Shipping costs are detailed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination.


Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The User has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw without the need for justification.

ZiroClub.com uses secure and encrypted payment systems. We do not store credit card information under any circumstances.
