Shipping


Preparation Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day.


Delivery Times

  • Spain (Mainland): 2–5 business days
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over €50 (mainland Spain). For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shown before checkout.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your order.


Important

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or exceptional situations (weather, strikes, etc.).


Returns


Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return.


Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • Original tags must be intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or promotional items, unless defective.

Process

  1. Email us at hi@ziroclub.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund using the original payment method.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a size or product, write to us and we’ll help you manage the process easily.


Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged item or something different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product. We’ll take care of the replacement at no additional cost.
