General Terms and Conditions of Sale
This contractual document governs the purchase of products through the website www.ziroclub.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Jorge Edwards Gutiérrez (hereinafter, the “Provider”).
Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions implies that the User:
a) Has read, understood, and expressly accepts the full content of this document.
b) Is at least 18 years of age and has full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
c) Assumes all obligations arising from the contractual relationship.
These General Terms and Conditions, together with the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, expressly govern the contractual relationship between the Provider and the User.

The Provider operates as a self-employed individual (sole trader) and is not registered with the Commercial Registry, as registration is not legally required in this case.
User:
Any natural person who accesses the Website and purchases products offered by the Provider.
Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the online sale of products offered by the Provider through the Website, including the delivery of such products in exchange for payment of the price indicated in each case.
Purchase Procedure
The purchase process may be completed in Spanish or English and consists of the following steps:

Receiving an order confirmation email.
The confirmation of the order by the Provider, through the sending of the corresponding confirmation email, shall constitute the formal conclusion of the contract between the User and the Provider.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on the Website include VAT or other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the purchase process and may vary depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The User has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification.

Payment Security
The User may make payment using the payment methods available on the Website at the time of purchase.
Ziroclub uses secure and encrypted payment systems managed by authorized banking institutions.
Under no circumstances are credit or debit card details stored.

The standard customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding national and regional public holidays in Spain.
Notwithstanding the above, the Provider may receive and, where appropriate, respond to communications sent by email or WhatsApp outside these hours, without this implying any obligation of immediate response or an extension of the official customer service hours.
Any response outside the stated hours shall be provided voluntarily and where possible, and shall not be interpreted as a commitment to permanent or continuous availability.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to the interpretation, execution, or performance of these conditions, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa, Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
